I had a wonderful experience at Silver Springs Shores Animal Hospital! Everyone was very polite, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions. They took the time to explain the medical terminology and what they were doing in a way that I could understand. Most importantly, they were so loving, gentle, and kind with both of my dogs. My husband, John and I are so appreciative of the wonderful attention given to our sweet, Beau. Every question answered, every phone call returned. Dr. McCall and Dr. Jeremy and the entire staff was amazing as Beau was coming to the end of his journey. They were all very understanding and so compassionate. We had to say goodbye to, Beau yesterday. As hard as it was for us, we know it’s not easy for them, either. We’ve been going there three or four years after friends referred us to them. I am extremely pleased with the services received at this facility. They have been very helpful and accommodating with a dog I have that is dog reactive. Dr Johnson and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have complete confidence in the care my pets receive here. I have been taking my two dogs here for over a year now and would never consider going anywhere else. The care is great and the prices are also very reasonable.
