Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean. I took my friend who bringing her new kitten Mimi for her 1st checkup. She has been using the office for years and raves about them. Especially Jamie the groomer. My friend inadvertently wrote down the wrong date for the appt. The actual appt was supposed to be 8/27 we were there on 7/30 and they fit us in that day with very little wait which we both appreciated.
Yesterday a friend had to bring in her sister's cat which I had been sitting. The cat stopped eating. My friend said that she was met with kindness from everyone. The vet found a mass in Masies stomach and the decision was made to put her down. My friend was impressed with your caring of Masie. It was very peaceful. I want to thank you for making a hard situation easier and making Masie comfortable until the end. I will continue to recommend your vet services to others as well as use you for my furbabies. Thank you again!! Sincerely Naomi Drouillard
Thank you Dear dear Mulberry Grove Animal Hospital Staff, last Week when I brought my Beloved fur baby in with a catastrophic acute neurological episode. There was no way back and my decision was wrenching. Your staff helped me so much with knowledge and kindness. Thank you for being my Vet for a few years, and helping me always, but especially in this impossible time.
