“We recently had all our windows and patio doors replaced by O’Donnell Impact Windows and Storm Protection.  After doing lots of research on product and service of different companies, we chose O’Donnell specifically for their installation and service reputation.  Our salesman, Sean, was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful with decisions made and assuring us we would be very happy with their workmanship and service.  Amy coordinated the installation and service guys with us.  We had a project manager, Keith, who was onsite each day.  He oversaw the entire project and kept the lines of communication open.  He listened to any concerns and requests and followed through to get the job done to our satisfaction.  Our install crew was led by Juan Carlos who is truly a tradesman and skilled carpenter.  Every day his team arrived promptly, worked together as a team, respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves.  Juan Carlos is an onsite problem solver, he is professional and thorough, meticulous and a genuine guy.  He made us feel comfortable throughout the project.  Darium did the initial measurements and was involved in the precise installation of our casement windows.   Jack and Jamar represented the Service Department.  They completed all the final touches and adjustments that met our high expectations.  All of these employees are great assets to O’Donnell.  In conclusion, we would highly recommend O’Donnell Impact Windows and Doors.  They are a great company to work with.  We are very satisfied with the final results and the overall process of the project.
