I have worked with O'Donnell windows for almost two years during my tenure as the Director of Plant Operations in our senior living community. They have been with us overall almost five years as our window contractor. My interactions With Ryan the sales representative have been top notch, he is very responsive, professional, and just an overall nice guy.His team of folks are just as good from the project manager to the offices folks. I would recommend O'Donnell for any of your door or window needs.Sean was a great salesman and helped me figure out what I needed and what I wanted.Erik and Elder were awesome installers. They covered everything to keep my place looking nice and mopped every day. They went above and beyond to help me.Kevin was a great project manager. He helped organize which one would go in which order,( because my AC went out and I was using a portable one and we didn't want to lose the cool air).They had awesome stucco people who made sure that the outside of my condo was looking good.My installation was supposed to be in late January.
