Francisco and Jahmyir were the installation team from O'Donnell who were assigned to work on three storm impact sliding doors at our home recently. Each day, they arrived on time -actually, they arrived early every day that they came to work, and were very polite and careful around our property. I had a roller guide fail on one of the panels of my accordion shutters, and I received immediate attention and excellent service.
The associate I spoke with was very helpful, and Rick, the technician, provided outstanding service. Rick not only replaced the failed roller guide, but also inspected all of the other rollers. He found and replaced several that were damaged—problems I wasn’t even aware of.
The pleasant and helpful conversation with the associate, combined with Rick’s thorough and professional work, certainly deserves a 5-star review. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Francisco, Jamir, and Joe were impeccable. Very professional crew who took their time to get the windows installed without issues in the timeframe outlined for the job. Also, the crew from the first home in PSL last week worked really well together and did an amazing job, including the stucco guys who I thought were top at both locations. All three project managers Carson, Dave and Dane were very attentive and present. Now, top award goes to Amy and Alex who truly care about what they do - Communication really worked wonders.
