About Great Clips
Great Clips Stuart is a salon that provides affordable haircuts for individuals of all ages. They offer various services such as haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. The salon is open during evenings and weekends, welcoming walk-ins or online check-ins to reduce wait time. Charlene is a highly praised stylist known for her professional and friendly attitude. Many clients and their families trust her for great results, and she has a talent for making clients feel good after their haircut. Ms. Taylor is also appreciated for her excellent cutting skills and her ability to work well with children, ensuring the experience is enjoyable. While the salon is clean and well-maintained, some recent customers have experienced issues with wait times; for example, one client expressed frustration after being told they would be next, only to wait much longer due to a mix-up with the list. Despite these challenges, many customers, including those who visit while in Florida, continue to return for quality haircuts and good service.

I was at great clips thurs 9/21 I always go to Charlene she is the best..my sister and many of my friends go to charlene also..
But yesterday I checked in on line and when I arrived there was a one hour wait so l left and came back on time..
The screen with all the peoples names were blank shut off..and names were listed on a white sheet of paper I was suppose to be next and the list was changed and I had to wait another hour
..Shade was the manager handling the list..this is rediculous this is the second time I had to wait 2 hours..
When I was suppose to be next...
Then Charline has to go back and put me back on the list.
Thank you hopefully this can be corrected..
