Huge thank you to William Marrella at Ulta Beauty for correcting and finishing my hair beautifully. Rafael did a great job on the color itself, but my roots were still showing and the service felt incomplete for a $230 appointment. William stepped in, listened, worked quickly, and completely polished the final result. You can absolutely tell his 16 years of experience show in his work. Also appreciate Ulta for making the situation right and standing behind their customer service.
I needed to shout out one of the best stylist EVER!! Atsuko is a Master stylist at Ulta who amazes me every time, today was the first time I’ve ever dyed my hair in color and she made the exact blue I have been wanting to do for so long!!! I felt completely amazed at how beautiful my hair looked and the confidence I felt afterwords. She’s an amazing person/stylist 🤗🩷
Rafael is AMAZING! I told him exactly what I wanted and he worked his magic. I get so many compliments on my hair and he’s just the best at hyping up anyone that is in his chair. He makes you feel so beautiful and it’s like you’re talking to your lifelong best friend. He’s got me as a client for life 💜 I love you, Rafael!
