Appliance Doctors is a very honest operation and an approved service center for many brands of tools and appliances, including Rigid. The owner is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent, with very good and pleasant service. The folks are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond, often saving customers money. They provide excellent repairs for tools and appliances. This local service shop is highly recommended.

Went in to fix the chuck of my hammer drill. Lady at desk immediately went for potential quick fix, a dry spray she had a coworker use on it. Done in a minute, no charge. Will definitely go back with any issues on any tool or appliance. Thanks!
Took a impact gun there to hopefully get it fixed , recommended by Milwaukee themselves , and they did find a switch for my older model , so fingers crossed that's the problem?. Folks are very knowledgeable there , so I have great confidence in them.
