Action Appliance has the best staff. Nadia and Connie provided us with the best customer service. Our technician Fred was excellent and certainly knew what he was doing. This team really helped us. We had such difficulty with our warranty company and Action did what they could to help. We have been telling all our friends about this company. Thank you!
We were going to be out of town and and to coordinate schedules between who could be at our house and when the technician could come out to replace the compressor on our LG refrigerator. They were very accommodating and Fred Rodriguez was on time and repaired everything efficiently.
Fred diagnosed the problem with our clothes dryer after we discussed the issue we were having. He corrected the problem and explained what caused it in layman terms. He reassembled after repair very quickly and tested the dryer to assure we we satisfied . The diagnostic and repair fee was very fair. We definitely will reach out to Action Appliance again with any future appliance issues we have.
