“We asked Tommy Todd L & D to totally redesign the landscaping on our property. This involved front and back yards, garden areas, and areas around the driveway. We enjoyed working with Tommy on the initial walkthrough and when he would come by and check in on the work progress. Justin's design ideas were great, and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Their installation crew members were friendly, efficient, hardworking, and thorough! Alvaro, Martin, David, and the rest of the crew paid attention to detail and worked hard to see that the job was done right. (I wish I knew the names of all of the crew members because they were ALL great!). Greg, the Operations Supervisor, was great to work with and very efficient in communicating our questions and requests to the crews. Quinn, the "irrigation guy" knows his stuff and is easy to work with too. This is a top notch organization, not just in landscape design and installation, but in customer service and satisfaction! “From start to finish it was a GOOD EXPERIENCE. I received estimates from 5 fencing companies and Superior Fence & Rail was the BEST PRICE. Darren came out to give the estimate. He mentioned a 4 week lead time but I asked if it was possible to fit me in sooner because I have 2 small dogs. I was told "Absolutely and they would put a rush on it". I paid the deposit and then never did hear from anyone as to when the job was scheduled. I did have to contact them to find out and remind them about putting a rush on it. They then gave me a date for the install. (That was the only negative...with having to ask them for a date for install).INSTALL WENT WELL AND THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT!I met Stephanie when I went into the office to pay the balance.
