Called Mark to ask about putting up a safety fence across the front of the pool due to his five star reviews. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors on the lanai but with a grandchild who’s a toddler now we were terrified of her accidentally falling in especially since she has now figured out how to open locked doors!! Mark was very professional and recommended what he thought was our best option, did not try to upsale me at anytime. Christian came out three days later and did a beautiful job installing the fence.
