The Wash and Roll website said they do wash, dry, and fold. But, when I got there, they don't do wash, dry, and fold. They don't have any laundry facilities at all. The employee I spoke with said they know that their website says they have laundry facilities. Apparently, they just don't care that their website advertises false information.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Casey sounds like a nice guy when you finally get him on the phone but don't fall for it! He is a total liar and a con artist with an endless list of excuses. He "no showed" twice at my Airbnb. The first time he said he was at a wedding and apologized and swore it would never happen again and he would fire the cleaner that didn't show. I fell for his lies again, shame on me. 7 days later his company "no showed" again! After calling and texting him for 3 hours while I was at the Airbnb cleaning with the tenants helping clean (VERY embarrassing) I finally got him to respond. He again apologized and said he would send a cleaner that evening with my linens to make the beds because he had all my sheets and we needed them. The cleaner never showed. It took 4 days of phone calls, texts, and emails to get him to even respond. Finally he returned my linens which were never washed, were still wet, and covered in mold.

This laundry is not 24hrs and does close at midnights and reopen at 5am. I was there at 6 and it was a mess. I could tell that normally it is well kept. Dryer sheets were everywhere and if you have ever stepped on one you know how slippery they are. The people responsible for cleaning were right on it when they came in. The change machine did have change. The washers and dryers did work well. I would revisit it again. Hopefully the cleaning would be done when it opens at 5a and customers would be a cleaner.
