Nancy was spectacular today. First time at the St. Petersburg office. Because her very capable, competent and committed demeanor and performance during my exam, I believe Opdegraff is Maureen and I will go for continued eyecare.
Dr. Todd Berger is very professional and kind. He is knowledgeable about the eye and takes time to answer questions, and explain treatments and test results. Appointments usually began quickly, but can be time consuming before actually seeing the doctor. Plan to spend about two hours at your appointment. Be sure to bring something to keep you busy while you wait to be seen by the doctor. I would recommend Dr. Berger and Updegraff.
Plan on 1.5-2 hours for your visit. That includes waiting, testing done by techs, and time with the doctor. Overall, I had a good experience. I interacted with about 5 people and all but 1 were very pleasant. The doctor was great. She was a second opinion and diagnosed a condition that another doctor missed. I have returned and block my enough time in my schedule now.
