We have had such a great experience with Gavin from Turner Pest Control! He always shows up on time, communicates clearly, and is very professional. One thing that really stood out to us is his honesty. He found a $10 bill in our backyard while we weren’t home and made sure it was placed in our mailbox, even sending me a text to let me know. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, and we truly appreciate him. Thank you, Gavin, for always going above and beyond!
Jarell (not sure if spelled correctly) has been our pest control guy here at Philip Benjamin Tower for 2+ months now. We have gone through quite a few in the past 4 years that I've lived here, who honestly weren't that good.

Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely stellar. Let’s face it, tenting your house feels like a daunting, scary, invasive process but Eddie, Frannie and every single field tech we encountered felt like family. They made the entire experience seamless. They showed up when they said they would and even got there first thing in the morning on the day we were set to return which, of course, was amazing. As someone who will go out of their way to use a business who prioritizes customer service (whatever the price) I can honestly say they made a not-so-enjoyable process painless - financially, logistically, and all of the above!
