Thank you so much for getting here quickly and instructioning me on one thing to keep the unit working effectively. I had the unit cleared out myself but didn't give it enough time to reset. Technician was knowledgeable but didn't need to do anything. I still had to pay the service fee.

He was courteous, efficient, and explained clearly some options I would have going forward. He provided some extra service in an unanticipated area and was generally very helpful and I rate him the highest possible.
Josiah performed a thorough maintenance check and tune up on our A/C system. I've been using Total Air for 4 years now. The office staff and technicians are awesome.
