I had the opportunity to work with Tech Support Leo recently. It was a joy! He clearly explained what he was doing and was able to walk me through the fix needed. They have done a great job of updating my antique system and allowing us to use the computers and internet to a higher level. We are head and shoulders above where we would have been with out them. Always prompt when we have an issue, usually solved within the day, and never make us feel we are bothering them. Highly recommend them for all your computer needs.
