I don’t know what has taken me this long to write a review, but I have been working exclusively with Suncoast for almost a decade for all of my electrical needs. Superior customer experience from the time they pick up phone, to scheduling an appointment, followed by ease of billing.
They’ve been trusted by us for all of the fun projects, and the not so fun including when our home was completely flooded in Treasure Island. Suncoast sent our Electrician Matt (who has done all of our work to date and knows my home) to the house to assist with safely turning the power back to changing outlets where we needed power most. We were referred to Suncoast Electric by our realtor after some minor issues arose from a home inspection. Robert came out at the scheduled time, was super pleasant, and got the work completed at a fair price. Super happy with their team and will use again.
havent had the work done yet, but the customer service and politeness on the phone in handling my questions and issues was 5 star. i will write a follow up after the work but it earned my business just off that efficiency and professionalism.
