I have no doubt that Sunbay was great a few years ago, but COVID changed that for us at least. It took an extra year to get the project done even in 2022, well after the COVID slowdowns. I have pictures of nearly every stage of the work, and the issues started from the get go; the subs that they hired were subpar and making huge mistakes. It literally began with the slab. I was seriously thinking about just demolishing my house and built to it make my life of crippling Arthritis more productive and safe I would love be able to design a home to assist people like myself to be able live with honor and dignity I have so many ideas, sadly they will only be idea in my dreams.I notice this company also have a great team of employees who passion who exceed to rebuild people home so they can live with honor and dignity.
