I have no doubt that Sunbay was great a few years ago, but COVID changed that for us at least. It took an extra year to get the project done even in 2022, well after the COVID slowdowns. I have pictures of nearly every stage of the work, and the issues started from the get go; the subs that they hired were subpar and making huge mistakes. It literally began with the slab. Four inch slab was 3 inches in parts, the wire was near the surface, I was literally up at 7AM the day of the hours pour measuring, and digging dirt out with the project manager One of the materials providers was SO concerned with the pictures I sent of installation that they begged me to disclose the contractor so they could contact them and get the info about the subs to "shut their operation down and retrain them" because it was a liability issue.

I was seriously thinking about just demolishing my house and built to it make my life of crippling Arthritis more productive and safe I would love be able to design a home to assist people like myself to be able live with honor and dignity I have so many ideas, sadly they will only be idea in my dreams.I notice this company also have a great team of employees who passion who exceed to rebuild people home so they can live with honor and dignity.
