Incredible builder. We looked forward to working with them as their reputation in St Pete is stellar. We were not let down. A year post-purchase we just had a professional inspection for our warranty. In the inspector’s words, “this was the cleanest 1 year inspection I’ve ever done.” The house is incredible, beautiful, and efficient, and we have had extremely few issues. Anything we do ask about is always resolved quickly by Edwin, who is the most responsive and organized warranty manager I can imagine dealing with. Very happy customer.
