Such a lovely and warm environment, I have really enjoyed every class I’ve taken and loved each instructor and their own unique style they’ve brought to each class. I visit every time I’m in Florida!

Wow!!! I just finished their breathwork class and what an amazing experience. The community is lovely and the energy is kind and welcoming. I felt like I could be my true self. It's so wonderful to find a community of ladies that provide such a safe and heart-warming space. I will definitely be back. ❤️

Wow just had such a beautiful class with Monica. She created such a warm and inviting space and I was able to be so gentle with myself as she was with everyone in her class today. She gave so much space to love and playfulness, I honestly feel like she healed part of my inner child today. I would go anywhere she teaches 10/10
