I called last minute on a Sunday and they got me right in. It was VERY reasonably priced considering it was a weekend and almost closing time. They took their time with us and were patient with a puppy who wasn’t very happy to be there. I’m so grateful for St Pete Animal Hospital and highly recommend them!

I have been going to this emergency clinic for years. The staff has always been kind and professional. I trust my cats with them, and they did a great job caring for them. Just recently brought my Scotty for ear infection, they are always very gentle with animals . Very knowledgeable and professional. They are the best. Scotty has greatly improved. Thank you! My cat Mewtwo went into labor had one stillborn baby and then her labor just stopped. She could have lost her other babies and gotten really sick. So I brought her into St Pete animal hospital and they performed an emergency csection/spay. They were able to save her other 2 kittens! My Mewtwo and her 2 babies are home with me now. Mewtwo is healing from the surgery and her babies are still able to nurse and are doing great. The staff informed me that she might not be able to nurse due to the surgery and gave me full instructions on how to care for the kittens if she didn't produce milk. They gave me all of the info on how to take care of Mewtwo while she is healing and also how to take care of the kittens. I'm able to send pictures and any questions via text or I can call if there are any emergencies. I highly recommend this vet and will continue to bring my babies here if needed.
Thank you for saving Mewtwo and her kittens. We are forever grateful.

Brought my fur baby Penelope in because I thought her spay incision opened up. They checked it and eased my mind that it wasn’t. They recommended some medications to help in the healing process which made her life and mine so much easier.
A few days prior to this our old man kitty passed away in my wife’s lap and we brought him here to make sure and they let us sit with him for as long as we wanted. They also offer cremation services which we took advantage of and that was a super easy process as well.
Well versed and very knowledgeable staff. Super professional and caring. I highly recommend this place. Whether it’s an emergency or just a normal check up these folks are fantastic!!!

In 2019 they neutered my cat without prior bloodwork to cure a hot spot on his neck. Said his testicles were abnormally small and neutering him would regulate his hormones and help him heal. He crashed after surgery and they euthanized him for thrombocytopenia. I had to call back the next day and beg for a refund for an overnight stay when my boy didn’t make it through the evening. This was supposed to be my second opinion and I grieve him every day. I was only a teenager, but after working in the veterinary industry, I now understand what poor care he received.
