Michael is an excellent teacher. He teaches without overloading with details, emphasizing the basic steps first and gradually refining technique with little tips. We wanted to learn swing dancing and after just one lesson we had the basics. But he made the lessons so fun and relaxed that we decided to book more lessons. We don't want to be professional or competition dancers, we just want to have fun and look good doing it. Michael gets that and teaches us with that in mind.

Reviews
Took 6 sessions over 1.5 months for our wedding day dance.
Michael specifically was fantastic! He made the sessions fun, easy, and most importantly, low stress. He choreographed our dance, adjusted it based on our feedback, and each time we left a session we felt way better and more confident than when we walked in. Highly recommend! Oh and we killed our wedding day dance.
Michael is a great instructor. My husband and I are at different levels. Michael challenges both of us and help us improve. He keeps it fun and helps us laugh while learning. He teaches steps that can be used in social settings or in a ballroom. There is no high pressure sales tactics like we have experienced at other studios.
He has kept us safe through covid by having individual classes, wearing masks and keeping the studio doors open for ventilation. Group classes are held outside in the evenings.
