If I could give a 10-star review I would. I am a renter and we had a missing drain cover. While it took South Pinellas a bit to get out here and there was some confusion about scheduling, every person I spoke to there was very personable and professional. But the icing on the cake was when their guy Chris showed up today. When I first opened the door Chris was very professional in his demeanor and how he spoke to me. He was very personable and conversation was easy. Chris very willing to answer all of my crazy questions and did so in the kindest way. Very helpful!! I'm a pool novice and they walked me through all my questions. Other pool stores would get frustrated that I didn't know certain things. Highly recommended!

The pump on my pool quit working so I called Clear Tech(South Pinellas Pool supply) and they were able to get a Tech out to me in just a few days during this busy holiday season. The technician, Matt, showed up promptly on time. Matt found and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. Matt in good conscience did not feel right in charging for the service call and his supervisor agreed. Therefore, he cleared the call with no charge.
