I had a dry style appointment here for my courthouse wedding yesterday morning. The salon itself was very clean and welcoming, and I was really happy with how my hair turned out. My stylist did a great job with the blowout, and the final result was exactly what I was hoping for.

That said, the customer service aspect left a lot to be desired. My stylist was not very personable, barely spoke to me throughout the appointment, and at times seemed irritated with me for no reason. While I understand that not everyone is naturally chatty, a friendly and engaging experience goes a long way in a customer-facing industry.

I’m always a little nervous trying a blowout at a new salon due to my extremely tight curly hair, but Fatima did an AMAZING job. My hair held up amazingly in the humidity. To top it off she was so kind and easy to chat with. Will definitely make another visit when I’m back in town.
