I had an issue with my lock it was a pretty old lock and i have been to at least three shops before i cane here and no one even bothered to check it out. Then i was recommended to come to security safe & lock and as soon as i got there the staff was really professional and polite and the technician actually managed to fix the lock and it works great ! Highly recommended

Needed to get my bedroom door unlocked to allow the Fire Dept. to check the smoke alarm / CO detector for insurance renewal. I called, got an appointment for the next day and passed the inspection 2 hours later. Great service, fair price and I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had a safe which would not open and they came as scheduled and the technician knew his stuff. It was an electronic issue which he solved. He was able to troubleshoot and then I could enter my combination and get in. He was able to direct me to where to get the part replacement.
