On this post I would not want to even give a one star but I have to to get on the website. I've been doing pest control. I'm a certified operator for 30 years and I'm also done over 100 wdo inspections. This company did. My son's inspection was in and out of the house in 10 minutes. Never went up in the attic. Never did anything. Took us $150 and trying to get a hold of them because when I went up there I saw tubes subterrain tubes and now I will have a second company go out there and I will post the results what we call. This is a drive-by company. My recommendation after 30 years stay away from this company cuz you're going to get ripped off

When I saw a bug in my new apartment, I immediately worried if it was a bedbug. From the moment I called Laura I was fully taken care of. Even though I didn't have an appointment, James was at my apartment within 15 minutes. Even though he was 99% sure that it wasn't a bedbug, he did a full inspection of my apartment. To further alleviate my concerns and (paranoia), he had the bug tested at the County Department of Agriculture extension office. Spoiler Alert: It was not a bed bug. I am so grateful to have found this pest control company because they do what it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied.Service: Home inspection

Absolutely a cut above the rest. I have been a client for 5 years and I have a huge Palmetto tree in my front yard. They spray outside and inside even in the garage and on the line the lanai I love this service.Service: General pest inspection

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! In August of this year I signed on to have pest control services performed on a quarterly basis. Gave Heather my credit card information to cover the quarterly charges. She told me that my card would not be charged until after services were performed. The tech came out the first time to spray inside the house but didn't remove any of the nests. I let it go. At the end of September, I noticed that a charge went through from Regional Termite and Pest Control. I reached out to Heather several times with calls and texts. Nothing. I'm in the process of having the charge disputed.
