13 Arrows is a clean and inviting space. The owner and other artists are talented, inclusive, and friendly. Shop ranges in a plethora of styles across the board. I've been tattooed here a lot and always have the best time!!
Pepper is so sweet. I was very sacred to get a tattoo but Pepper put me at ease. She's very light handed so I wasn't in pain at all. And my mandala wrist tattoo truned out beautiful.I'd go to her again.
Extremely busy so you have to book ahead So Do Not just drive here that will just be a waste of time and gas. But there work is worth the wait.. even other tattoo shops will tell you this and the artists are super friendly. Keep it up!!
