The team at Phillips was great. I called early in the morning around 7am and Luke answered. They were my 3rd call for an HVAC company and the first to have a real live employee answer, the others were answering services. They had 2 techs to my house within the hour and they fixed my AC within 30 minutes. James and Dawson were the techs; super professional, courteous, and respectful. They found the issue within minutes of their evaluation and got us back up and running immediately.

Just WOW! After explaining the issue I was having with their very nice office manager, the techs were able to come out the same day. After arriving, they went right to work and found it was not the unit, but a duct in my attic not connected. (I'm a renter and had explained I only needed a diagnosis.) They were in and out, diagnosed the issue, and waived any fee. Who does that? Phillips Air Conditioning. Thanks Luke and crew for your kindness to this senior!
