It all started with Devin Damstrom, the technician who spent nearly two hours inspecting both of our existing HVAC systems. Devin was incredibly detailed, professional, and respectful. He walked me through photos of every issue with our 11-year-old 5-ton Trane system and explained what hadn’t been addressed by the previous homeowners. While the repairs would have cost over $4,000, Devin’s honest and transparent assessment helped us make the smart decision to invest in a new system instead. His integrity and expertise immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding experience.

Next came Britt Wheatley, our Comfort Specialist. From the moment he arrived, Britt’s professionalism and genuine approach made us feel confident we were in great hands. He spent close to an hour evaluating our home, its layout, comfort needs, and budget, to ensure we selected the right system for both our lifestyle and pocketbook. Britt recommended the 3.5 Ton Daikin FIT inverter-driven system, a compact, whisper-quiet, and energy-efficient unit that’s perfect for Florida’s hot and humid climate. The Daikin FIT is about a quarter of the size of our old Trane but far superior in performance and technology. His clear explanations, honesty, and no-pressure attitude made the process easy and stress-free.

Finally, the installation was handled by Jeremy Spotts and his assistant, and they were simply outstanding. Jeremy arrived on time, explained every step of the installation process, and kept me updated throughout the day. Once the system was fully installed, he walked me through how to connect and operate the new smart thermostat using the app on my phone. When they were done, they cleaned up so thoroughly it looked as if they had never been here. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-tier.
