“Dramatically better experience here than at the Pasadena Eye Center location, which is also part of the Sight360 network. At Pasadena, the staff (not the opthamologists/optometrists) seem bothered to have to interact with the patients, and the eyeglasses / optical department is only open at random hours, and will typically tell you to make an appointment and come back even if the place is empty or you're willing to wait. Pasadena also never answers their phone. I was sick of it, so I called Optimart, and they answered! Optical shop is open? Yep come on in. I stop in and had to wait less than five minutes to be seen, the staff were pleasant, they helped me send off my prescription glasses for a warranty repair, and I didn't even buy them from this location. I think I'll switch my normal annuals over here.“

“This practice is really outstanding. I find the staff to be very caring and Dr. Sorkin is clearly an expert at what he does. I drive half an hour for my kids and I to see him. He also offers vision therapy, which not everyone does. If you don't know much about VT I highly recommend reading up on it, as it can save kids from lazy eye surgeries and from ADD diagnoses when the real problem is vision issues. I trust the prescriptions Dr Sorkin gives us and will continue to have our family see him for years to come.“

From the friendly and helpful receptionist; to the eye exam that was efficient and comfortable; to the choosing, making and fitting of glasses. Alisha was very honest and helpful while choosing frames. Listened and advised me on type of lenses. Very honest with price and delivery which could have affected my decision.
