“Excellent service from the inception of a phone call. I explained the urgency of follow up due to my recent surgery and they accommodated me right away. They also referred me to a specialist and the office personnel were excellent and the front desk went beyond her duty and contacted the referral dr right away to see me. Most grateful and thankful. Most other places said the wait was for 1 to 2 months and did not care about the urgency.“

The optician (Cara) has an interesting, personalized approach. Instead of turning me loose to try on hundreds of frames and slog through an elimination process, she did her own evaluation based on measurements, correction parameters, face shape, past preferences, and scooped up three or four possible frames for me to try with a range of price options.
