The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful! My sunglasses had been sliding off my face and bothering me so much—they fixed them within a matter of minutes, free of charge!! So glad I stopped in, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

As mentioned in other reviews, fantastic customer service. (I’m old enough to remember when service-providers treated customers like valued clients, not invisible annoyances. Too bad more retailers and medical offices don’t have the same standards as Anja and her team.) More importantly, they also deliver a high-quality product in a timely manner. Worth noting: Optik has a fabulous selection of unusual and fashion-forward frames from Italy, Belgium, France, etc., that I didn’t expect to find in Tampa/St. Petersburg.

Optik European Eyewear provided an amazing service for our family. We are travelling from out of town and when the frame broke on our son's glasses, they fixed the glasses in a matter of minutes and were so gracious with their expertise and customer service. We are so grateful for your kindness. We highly recommend this business.
