Our roof was put on in January 2021. I had no problem with our roof it was beautiful. Buddy sold us the roof . Buddy informed us if we referred a new customer we would receive a gift card. I referred my NEXT door neighbor who hired Mitchell Roofing this past Spring 2023. Buddy sold the job. When I saw Buddy next door he said I owe you a gift card. It’s now October no Gift Card. I have called Michell Roofing, referring to Buddy and my referral. Contacting Mitchell Roofing 2x’s leaving my name address , phone number, and neighbors address. No Call Back ! I am very disappointed. Seems your Referral Gift Card is just ALL talk.

Mitchell Roofing replaced my 20 year old roof giving my house an updated look. They saw that the roof needed more wood repairs than previously thought of and were able to complete the job very efficiently. I liked that they sent me updates of the work before they started and throughout the completion of the roof replacement with pictures. The crew cleaned everything up and left the yard tidy before they left. The process was smooth from the beginning when talking to Buddy who came to look at the roof, to the crew who replaced the roof, and to their friendly office staff who answered any other questions I had. Mitchell Roofing is awesome, they get back to you super quick and don’t mind answering all the questions. Their professionalism and customer service really stands out, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
