Fantastic school! I attend the adult classes and my son also attends private lessons with Mr. Price. I have trained at several other schools in the area over the last 30 years and I believe that the style taught here is hands down the most useful. Mr. Price is an excellent instructor with the adults and I think he is amazing with the children. The students are also a big factor, everyone is so welcoming and always looking to help one another. If you are looking for a great school for yourself or your child then this is it.

There are plenty of options when it comes to fitness and self defense but only one Mike Price. Mike makes every workout a new and fun experience. He goes above and beyond to keep his students accountable and engaged. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome place for the kids (and adults) to learn martial arts. Mike is very patient, funny, and caring with the kids. He combines both striking and grappling techniques along with self defense strategies for bullies or bigger threats.In addition to martial arts, he positively reinforces other aspects of their lives. He recognizes good grades and keeps up with everyone's birthdays. Sometimes he throws in a life lesson or two. It's a great all around program that's takes all the right things seriously and is still a lot of fun.
