Had Leland Plumbing come out twice recently for some hard water and pressure issues. Over the course of two visits and several calls/emails, I have nothing but great things to say about Chris (owner) and all the techs that have worked with us. They did an awseome repair on my water heater and flush, in addition to listening to me to figure out the best solution. Very professional, very responsive and not just trying to make a buck. They actually listen to diagnose a problem properly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Great family small business.
I had an excellent experience with Leland Plumbing. They came out quickly, gave me an honest assessment, and guided me through a city program I didn’t even know existed—something another contractor failed to mention. They stayed on top of every step, communicated clearly, and had the work completed and documented faster than I expected. Their professionalism and integrity saved me a significant amount of money, and I’m truly grateful. They’ll be my go‑to plumber from here on out.
Had a major stoppage that would not clear. Called Chris this morning to ask for help. He was wonderful and said “I will call you back before noon”. At 11:30 he called and said “I got a guy coming around 12:30 to get you taken care of!” At 12:25 Justin showed up and said “I got this!” He was wonderful. He let us know after 40’ it still wasn’t cleaned out. His exact words next were music to my ears…”don’t worry, I will get this cleared!” 15 minutes later he was done. I can tell you, without hesitation, that Leland Plumbing is on my “go to” list from now on. Thank you for the great service!!!
