On the recommendation of my daughter, today I saw Dr. Smith. I had not been to an eye doctor in over 15 years, and was a little bit nervous about it. She was an absolute sweetheart, explaining everything she was doing and was as wonderful as all the reviews had stated. Her office was cute and clean, Eva the front desk person was lovely and I love the quietness and personal attention that you don't get in the crowded eyeglass store chains. I will recommend her to anyone I know and will be coming back for yearly exams.?
Dr Rebekah Smith and her assistant Eva define customer service. Professional, competent and define going the extra step. Eva noticed my glasses were bent and took about 20 min fixing them. Highly recommend this practice. Great experience and again they defined customer service and competency. Thank you
Dr. Rebekah Smith is a very nice lady. I felt very comfortable during my appointment with her. I'm glad I came across this name on a list of recommendations I got from a community site. I'd come here again if I needed to. She'd be my permanent Eye doctor if she took my insurance!! :) Thanks again
