I have been coming to this location for a long time when it was Ideal Image. I was nervous to see that it had changed, but I was pleasantly surprised! Kelly was great at the front desk. She is so welcoming and kind! She really worked with me on my previous contract, appointment times, and even saved me a lot of money on the touch up prices. Bri was amazing during my laser treatment. She was very friendly and FAST! She made me feel very comfortable!
The staff was absolutely wonderful. They explained everything. The different procedures, different fillers and wrinkle products. They gave me their recommendations. They did not try to push any procedures or injections. I left there extremely happy. I had alot of questions because all of this was need to me. They took the time to explain everything. They all all so knowledgeable with all of their products. I can't wait to get my first facial.
I had a package with ideal image and when they got bought out it, unfortunately didn’t carry over since I just moved from another state but the two women at the front counter were very kind and very helpful. They were able to get me a new contract and it was at the same if not a cheaper cost and it included under arm removal as well. Definitely would recommend.
