Their massage/facial membership prices are great and reasonable! I always try to book with Chris for a massage and a main reason I come back. He is so skilled in his massage techniques, among the best I’ve experienced. Chris is also what I would consider an intuitive massage therapist, meaning he works with how your body feels along with what you tell him, and this guides your massage. He just knows what to do to release your tension, pain, knots. Each massage I’ve had with him has been different but in the very best of ways, and the sessions feel so relaxing as though you’ve spent an hour and a half when the slot is one hour. The facials and aestheticians are also wonderful, with good products, nice scalp/neck massage, with hydrated skin afterwards. The front desk team is also so warm, attentive and kind.

Cannot say enough good things about Dulce and Crystal. They are both incredible. Dulce is a book of knowledge, I always feel like I've left a spiritual awakening when I leave her.. shes so kind and just knows so much about the body and mind. Crystal has a touch of gold, the best pressure, literally will work out every single knot in your body with ease.. I walk away feeling like I've released tension from 10 years ago. They are both highly recommended!

Dulcie was absolutely phenomenal. She listens to exactly what you need and delivers every time. I cannot recommend her enough! She is down to earth, wise and so so good at her craft. Hand and Stone is great in general, but she is a GEM!!

This location is not what it used to be. The staff cancels appointments often but then isn’t accommodating to its guests. The Manager, April, is unkind to customers constantly (both myself and I’ve witnessed her behavior towards customers in store). If you can make it that way, the Seminole location is absolutely wonderful (like night and day compared to here). The staff is caring and you are treated like a VIP from the moment you walk in at that location, and that is not the case here in my experience. I rarely give reviews below 4 or 5 stars, but hopefully this will get to ownership so they can address the issues.

Best facial I’ve ever had! My skin looked glowy and felt so hydrated. Meghan did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable and made the experience very relaxing. She listened to my skin care needs and gave me advice and recommended products to me.
