These guys are a good company who cares about their business. They right their wrongs and own their job. I have selected them to do the major remodel on my pool. Looking forward to a great build and refreshed “Great Escape” in my back yard!
Had a great experience with Great Escapes. They run a company built on integrity. They stand behind their work and make sure that you are comfortable along the way. If I had questions they talked to me and didn't strong arm me telling me "trust me I've been doing this for 20 years" like some other companies. We love the transformation of our pool. Thank you.
A company you can count on. Although it was a patch job and not a whole pool, I was treated with respect and professionalism. Calls we returned promptly and Jim came out to give estimate (on time, very professional), Jacob came out to repair (on time, very professional. I've spoken to Mark and Jennifer, both wonderful and kept me informed. I know I'll be using them in the future!
