Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very courteous,goes out of his way to resolve your problems and explain everything he is doing. This store unlike the one in Clearwater displays their product so you can see exactly what they have and pick what you want. Knowing that they have a line outside, they open the doors a couple minutes early and do one per person which is very helpful and peaceful
