other than the initial sale and missing items for the install, the rest went pretty good.watched the tech go through their check list to verify that everything worked before and after the install and took a few minutes to explain how my remote car starter works.

This place is kinda help yourself nowadays. Staff are still approachable but you have to find them. Not everyone here are really knowledgeable about electronics it's like mehh I just work here for a living. Some price are still reasonable about the same as amazon or other online product. The only best part is if you really need something important that day and "if they have it" it's your lucky day. Or if you want you can sometimes buy a brand new items off facebook marketplace like a steal price. I Bought a brand new samsung 980 1tb ssd, 3x256GB micro SD and the logitech KB & Mouse combo for $100 which was a pretty good deal!

The reason for the call was to verify if someone was using my name on their account. I received an email about a large charge, but none of it was real...it was a phishing attempt. Never call the number in the email, call the company directly.I'll give you 4 stars because they couldn't do anything, but they did listen.
