Megan is great. I see her for color and extension retape. She's meticulous and professional, and wants to make sure you're completely satisfied. The only challenge can be the parking- they only have a couple spots reserved for their store. I came for a Friday evening appointment and there were no spots down the alley or the street. I had to reschedule.

I went in for a full highlight and paid $184 (including tip) for highlights, toner, and a trim. My stylist, Marie, was kind, but unfortunately my hair wasn’t fully dried before I left, so I didn’t realize until later that the results were uneven. There were visible brown spots, ginger patches, and the color looked blotchy. For the amount I paid, I was disappointed and expected a more polished result.

That said, I went back in and saw Jessica, and she did an absolutely amazing job fixing it — I love how my hair turned out this time! I’d definitely recommend asking for Jessica if you go.

I was a walk in and I got Kimmer. Kimmer is amazing! She gave me the most beautiful haircut I’ve had in a very long time. She listened to me and gave me a beautiful style. Thank you Kimmer!
