I have been getting bi-weekly massages for several years to deal with chronic pain and inflammation. Teresa at Elevated is amazing. The chronic pain in my shoulder has substantially reduced, and my body has more mobility. My energy and mood are also improved. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love it when a massage therapist genuinely loves what they do, and wants to help however they can. I also really appreciate when they nerd out about the human body and all its nuances. Teresa was all of these things! She listened to me attentively, came up with a treatment plan, and then she worked her freaking ✨ magic ✨ on my body, melting away years of tension in spots that usually get ignored by other massage therapists. THEN served me homemade tea afterwards! I feel like my pain has melted away. I'm excited to continue to work with her. See you soon, Teresa!
