A life saver is all I can say. I had someone get sick in my car and brought my car to a different detailer to get rid of the smell after I self cleaned the initial mess. I got scammed and a worse smelling car from the first detailer.
Austin listened to my story over the phone and was able to get me in the next morning to take a look and clean the area correctly. He throughly explained what he was going to do and why it would help the issue at hand. I felt secure knowing my car would actually get cleaned this time around and hopefully smell better. We recently had our boat detailed, Austin and Edward did an incredible job! The attention to detail was outstanding, the finish looks spotless, and every surface shines. They were professional, on time, and clearly take pride in their work. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be using them again!
Austin detailed my girlfriend’s car that I had been using as a truck. I kid you not this car had so much sand in it you’d think I’d taken the beach with me. Well, not after the detail doctor. There isn’t a speck of sand left in it. The car is the best it’s looked since we got it. Can’t recommend enough!
