Dental Arts is the best dentist I have ever experienced. Dr. Chespak, Carol, Hiram, Nisa, Stephanie and the rest of the staff at Dental Arts in St. Petersburg worked seamlessly to expertly complete several delicate treatments to correct my damaged and worn out teeth. The staff exhibited a high degree of professionalism and genuine teamwork to make me feel comfortable and confident in their skill and ability to complete my much needed dental work. This included an intense cleaning, tooth protection treatment, a root canal, several filling replacements and crowns which were completed in just five appointments that fit conveniently into my schedule. During each session, extreme care was taken to ensure this work was done correctly with no discomfort. The dental technicians, doctor and assistants efforts were carefully planned and well orchestrated to minimize my time needed for these procedures. Not only do I plan to use Dental Art’s services for all my future dental work but I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental procedures of any kind. Thank you for the excellent service and keep up the great work.

DON’T GO THERE!! This is the worst dental office I have ever seen in my 57 years experience. They gave me a plan and told me it’s a $10 dollar out of pocket for my procedure, other than that my insurance will cover it. Then they made me pay upfront for my bridge and crown that wasn’t even scheduled. I paid over $1300 for my non scheduled crown. They did my front procedure. Then the next day I told them I don’t want the crown bridge procedure in the future and I would like my $1300 back. Not only did they say it would take 6 weeks, to get it back they were rude. Nicole there is a total unfriendly nasty person to deal with . Now they said my entire front procedure was out of network and now I have to pay over $400 and I have 2 dental insurances. So now they only said I get $700 back and they keep the remaining money! I have never ever dealt with something like this in my entire life! Don’t go there

Took extensive x-rays that my insurance didn’t cover without telling me, tried to upcharge me on a cleaning, and told me they were in network when they weren’t. Ended up paying $120 out of pocket and I didn’t even get a cleaning. It’s s chain dentistry place with chain practices to get more money. I’d recommend going elsewhere.
