Meredith V. has been the most helpful and engaging recruiter, she has been with me every step of the journey and provides many positive check-ins.

I've been with CRA for a year now and it has been a great experience. I had a rocky start last year and they were able to find a placement that was a better fit for me. They seem to be on the side of their therapists. The pay is also better than other, larger agencies. As a person who is hard to please, I can honestly say that I see myself with CRA for years to come.

I really enjoyed my period of employment with CRA. The were always very responsive to employee concerns and provided support as needed. As an OT, the salary provided by CRA was higher than what other companies provided at the time.Samarra

We emphasize clinical support of our therapists through several initiatives including unlimited CEUs on hundreds of topics, mentorships and clinical supervision. As the Director of Therapy Services and an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist for the past sixteen years I, along with many other SLPs, have developed our program to support clinical fellows new to the field as well as experienced clinicians looking to keep up their CEUs. We always support our staff to make ethical decisions that contribute to our long term and successful relationships with clients and employees.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! With more than 4 years of travel experience, and over 20 years of experience as an SLP, my initial impression was that this was a good company. During my contracted time with CRA, an ethical practice question came up and I sought guidance from the company. CRA's unethical response caused enough concern to complete an ASHA verification on the CEO, Kelly McDonnell. The verification showed that despite using CCC’s professionally, she was NOT certified. When this was brought to her attention, she got re-certified, but the retaliation was severe. I was diagnosed with breast cancer toward the end of my contract. Community Rehab Associates terminated my contract early leaving me without health insurance for my scheduled surgery. The stress that CRA caused at a time when I was sick and vengeance of the owner, Kelly McDonnell, in pulling my health insurance at time when it was needed most makes me ashamed that she is a member of this field. I image that the CRA will deny this. It is too shameful to take ownership of such actions.
