Satisfied customer again!! I previously used Clog Kings for a water heater installation. Can't say enough good things about them. This week I had a plumbing issue and again received the same excellent service. I want to give a shout out to Ivan who I dubbed "The Snake Doctor". I found him to be very passionate about his job and was very thorough explaining the problem and the resolution.
Called for an emergency with the bathroom and the staff was professional and got us booked within an hour. The service was awesome. Great communication, knowledgeable,professional and best of all reasonable price for service. Will recommend and use again. Thank you! ?
Exceptional Service from Josh and the Clog Kings team!!! Josh came out to my house and quickly diagnosed the issue after the leak detector failed miserably. He helped determine the easiest and most effective way to repair the drain line, even sending me pictures along the way so I could see the progress. Josh was able to remove cabinets without causing further damage, showing great skill and care for my home.
He walked me through every step of the project, answered all of my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was punctual, extremely professional, and truly dedicated to providing fantastic service.
