Moved in to this house a few weeks ago and chose to continue service with Cleartech. Big storm came through St. Pete last night. My pool was a mess with all the debris. I'm planned to work on it later this evening after work. John stopped by for his weekly and took care of us. Cleared it all out so I don't have to do a thing. Thank you, John!
I have found that individual techs are very responsive. One of these people is Jorge. For the last three weeks I was trying to get my pump timer fixed with was caused by one of their techs. I had to keep calling. Finally they sent a couple of people at different times who couldn’t fix it. This morning Jorge showed up and figured out the problem. He fixed it, left his phone number to call him if the pump didn’t shut off and that he would be back first thing in the morning. I texted a thank you because finally it worked.
