Kudos to Andy, Erodis and Daimany for their prompt response and follow through in rescreening my patio, installing new downspouts, repairing a gutter leak and cleaning the gutter. Andy's professionalism was outstanding. He was able to schedule the work quickly and kept in contact throughout the process. Erodis and Daimany arrived when scheduled , completed the job efficiently and removed all debris. This was truly the most positive experience I have had when contracting maintenance projects.

I have used this company on several occasions to replace screen panels on my pool enclosure. They always answered promptly my texts and arrive promptly to do the job and clean up the area afterwards.

Terrific company. Was very quick to acknowledge my call after Milton, to let me know they received it and I was on their list, but it would be several weeks before they could get back to me with a date. Several weeks later they followed up as promised with a repair date. They showed up on time and the work was done well, quickly and priced fairly. Several months later I discovered 4 more screens that needed to be replaced, and they again quickly responded with an acknowledgment and a few days later with a scheduled repair date and time. Their work is very good, but what sets them apart is their friendly customer service and terrific followup.
