    Won a voucher for a 4 day cruise and Capitol was great at helping me set everything up. We just paid the port taxes and fees, which wasn't a big deal. They were very informative and helpful during the process. Thank you!

    We received a 2 night hotel stay as part of a furniture purchase promotion. We were able to redeem it online but then had to fill out the actual certificate and mail or fax it in. I faxed it it, not holding any hope that we would hear back after all of the reviews we read. Waited 2 weeks and had to call to find out what the status was. Received an email from an agent saying we had to respond within 24 hours to the 2 options we were given. Somehow we missed the first email she sent.We picked Clearwater Florida and were offered Holiday Inn Clearwater Beach city view or another property. We chose Holiday Inn.We arrived and were upgraded to a gulf view because of my boyfriend's status. Wow!! We loved our room so much we booked another 2 nights and we are sad about having to leave.I admit we were skeptical but if you read all the terms, select correct dates and fill out the form correctly you should have no issues.

    We purchased a mattress that came with a 4 night cruise. Capital Marketing Concepts was responsible for booking the cruise. We were told we had to pay port fees and taxes. We sent a "money order", only form of payment they would accept for $225. We were informed it was $225 each person. We are long time cruisers, we know what port charges cost. When we inquired why it was so much they said they would refund us any extra we paid after the cruise. That was last November. They refuse to answer their phones, do not repy to emails. I filed a dispute with the BBB and they would not reply to them. I haven to gone to the Attorney General for Florida. It is not about the money, its the principal that this company is defrauding hard working people.

    I would have to agree with many of the reviews here. If you win a prize just throw it out instead of working with them. We received a 2 night "deluxe" hotel stay as part of a mattress purchase. Not only are they still in the stone age (You can only mail the paperwork) but they don't include any type of contact information with the piece you mail other than the address. I guess thats because they dont want you to be able to contact them. I finally found a phone number online to ask about the status of our request and she said that she hadn't been to the mailbox yet that day and they would get to it.When we were finally assigned an agent, the agent seemed fine but the hotels they give you to choose from are not in the cities you request and they are not deluxe hotel brands (or any of the brands listed on your sheet but instead the cheaper budget version) so that was disappointing.As our time to go approached, my husband's job changed and we needed to change the dates. I called the hotel directly because the dates I needed were $10 more expensive than the dates we had already booked. The hotel said they had no problem with me switching but since I didn't know the credit card on file that they needed the company to call authorize the changes and then I could pay the difference. I emailed the agent and she said no changes were allowed. I explained the situation and that I was willing to pay the difference if they would just call but she copied and pasted her previous email that said no. She couldn't even be polite enough to say she was sorry we couldn't make those dates work or something like that. So the company would rather that money/hotel room go to waste rather than making a simple phone call to authorize me to pay the difference.I also found out that they aren't doing the work, they are using another company so I guess that's why they don't care about it. It's just sad that they have no customer service. In the long run, you're better off not getting your hopes up or in my case my son's hopes up.

    What an absolute joke! I have been dealing with these people for two months. Wanted to go on my trip in October and now October and still will not get a phone call back. It’s like they have no clue what they’re doing. I wish there was an option for no stars. The woman that answers the phone, clearly has no idea how to get things done except get you off of the phone as soon as possible. The incompetence and lack of service is mine blowing!

    Cannot get ahold of anyone by phone. Every I option I click is just static & I cannot get any information only. I received a voucher when purchasing furniture and mailed my form in at the beginning of November. The dates I requested are in February and I still have not heard back & we are now two weeks away. Extremely upset with the customer service of this company. Only leaving 1 star because I can’t figurw out how to leave 0..

    This company is a borderline scam. Had to argue with the hotel and company to get the trip covered. Have tried to call continuously for the past 6 months to get our Visa giftcard that never came and have received no answer. I refuse to give up and will continue calling to someone eventually answers.

    It's a shame you have to give them a star at all! This is definitely a joke to use. Sent in multiple dates and never were able to redeem. The high reviews have to be employees or paid for, you wouldn't have the extreme differences.

    Trying to work with this company has been AWFUL. They don't respond to emails. You can't call and speak to ANYONE...We have been trying to book a trip for almost 2 months and have gotten NO WHERE. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! STAY AWAY!
